Pricing
Every dish and drink has a price guests think is fair. Charge more and some guests pick something else, or leave as soon as they read the menu; the rest pay but are less happy about it; and over a few hours word gets round and fewer people come. Charge less and more come, but each one earns you less. Water is always free.
Pantry
On Medium and Hard, ingredients run out and go off. Each night the pantry is topped up to its par level for the next morning (paid at closing); a rush order arrives within the hour at double the price. On Easy everything is always in stock.
Dishware
Plates, glasses and silverware get broken and lost on Medium and Hard, and nothing replaces them but you. Orders are paid at closing and arrive the next morning.
