v0.20.1: the page stays put

A night-time redraw could jump the page. The panel rebuilds itself whenever something about your defenders changes — someone moves post, takes a wound, starts nailing a board — and it puts your keyboard focus back where it was afterwards. Putting focus back was also scrolling that control into view, so the whole page could shift under you mid-night.
Fixed: focus is restored without the scroll. Nothing about play changes; it just stops moving.
