v0.21.6: the studio intro, and music

ZEKE! now opens like CHEF! does: click to start, the Luvzilla Games logo lands with its little hearts and its sound, and then you're at ZEKE!'s title screen.
And there's music. A night-time theme on the title screen, an easy ambient beat while you scavenge and board up, and a driving drum loop for the night itself. It crossfades between them as the day turns to night and back.
The music button and volume slider at the top remember how you left them.
