v0.22.1: make your own weapons

Out of bats? Make one. Two boards, a handful of nails and an hour of daylight, and your handiest survivor turns out a nail bat. It goes on the pile for whoever needs it at dusk.
Everyday weapons turn up more often where you'd expect them: a crowbar in the garage or at the gas station, a bat in the neighbour's house.
Worth it now that bats break: a long run means keeping the house in weapons as well as boards.
