The Bathroom, the Podium and the Racks

The toilet, the bathroom sink, the host's podium, the spice rack and the dish racks have new art. The register now has all four sides.
The podium keeps a taller, more solid look than the rest, because the host stands behind it and it reads better that way.
Dish racks on the plating table and the rack spot are drawn as real wire racks, with the plates standing in their slots.
Some of these views were first turned down for showing too much of their sides. We tried them in the game, and most read fine at play size, so they're in, with the small fixes noted for later. Two stayed out: the open dumpster seen from behind, and a work lamp that isn't in the game yet.
