A Kitchen Trash Can, a Podium to Stand Behind, and No More Jumping

The kitchen has its own trash can. Scraps scraped off dirty plates at the sink and burnt food go into it, and when it's full the dishwasher (or the busboy) empties it and the bag counts toward the dumpster. On Easy, trash works as before.
The hostess stands in behind the podium now, so it hides her lower half like a real one.
Guests no longer jump when they turn. A nudge meant for someone sitting down at a table was being applied to anyone facing up, so a guest walking north jumped a third of a tile each time they turned. Leaning in to chat and sitting down now ease in smoothly too.
Clean plates sit in stacks on steel trays, one plate drawn per plate, instead of in a wire rack. A busboy carrying plates carries a tray.
The dumpster has a fixed home: the top-left corner of the sidewalk, facing the road, and it's two tiles tall now.
Size pass: people are back to full size, and the podium, chairs, bathroom trash can and toilet are smaller or flatter to match.
When the head chef stops at a table to chat, their status reads "Schmoozing".
