Plates You Can Follow

Dirty plates now look dirty, with sixteen different leftovers: sauce, a bone, noodles, peas, a crust and more. Each table seat keeps its own, so a cleared table reads as the actual meal that was eaten there.
You can now see every plate on the move. Staff carry what they're working with: the busboy takes a stack of dirty plates to the dish bin, the dishwasher carries them to the sink and brings clean ones back to the rack, and a cook fetches a clean plate, then walks the finished dish to the pass.
Dirty plates pile up visibly too: in two stacks at the dish bin, and in the sink under the running water.
The dirty plates share the clean plate's rim exactly, so clean and dirty ones stack together without a seam.
