Finished Plates and Settled Chairs

A guest's plate turns into the dirty, scraped-down plate as soon as they finish eating and start waiting for the check, not only after they've left.
Cutlery is laid out for whoever sits at it. A guest on the far side of a table has theirs turned around to face them, fork on their left.
The chairs on the near side of a table are pushed in a little, and the guest sits on the chair's seat with its backrest in front of them.
