Room at the Plates

When the kitchen runs out of clean plates, only one cook waits at the plating table. Any others wait on a free tile beside it and step up once a plate comes back, instead of standing on top of each other.
A cook waiting beside a busy station now also moves if someone else is standing on the tile where they're waiting.
A guest's drink sits on their right, just beyond the plate, whichever side of the table they're on. Guests on the far side of the table used to have their glass at the table's corner, on their left: (screenshot)
