Real Tableware

Burgers, grilled chicken and salads arrive as real plated dishes, at the table, on the pass and in a server's hands. The soup keeps its old look until it's served in a bowl.
Forks, knives and spoons are proper cutlery at every place setting, and the dirty ones piled at the dish bin and sink are stained versions of the same pieces.
Drinking glasses are real glassware, on the tables, in stacks by the drinks station and on a server's tray.
The kitchen bell on the pass is a polished service bell, still ringing out when a dish goes up.
A dropped glass or plate leaves real shards in a puddle of whatever it held.
The grill glows red while a cook is using it, and the prep tables are steel-framed butcher blocks.
