Pots and Pans

  • The kitchen has pots and pans, and they're part of the dishware. Cooks take them from a pot rack beside the stove, leave them dirty on the stove when they're done, and the dishwasher collects them, washes them and puts them back on the rack.
  • Soup is made by the pot. When someone orders soup and none is left, a cook makes a whole pot of six portions, and it stays on the burner. Every soup after that is ladled straight from the pot and garnished, so it comes out much faster.
  • Soup that sits on the burner too long slowly loses quality, and after a few hours what's left is thrown out and the pot goes to be washed. Closing time empties every pot.
  • Grilled chicken's broccoli is steamed in a pan, one pan per order.
  • If every pan is dirty, the next cook who needs one waits at the rack for the dishwasher. More pots and pans can be ordered from the Dishware panel, two at a time. On Easy there's always a clean one, and soup never loses quality on the burner.
