Drinks at the Table

The hostess brings menus when she seats a party, and each guest has one open in front of them until they order.
Once the menus are out, a server comes by to take drink orders, pours at the drink station and brings them over. Everyone gets water, and anyone who ordered a soda or iced tea gets a second glass beside it.
The pour sound plays once, at the drink station, when the server is actually pouring. It and the door chime are quieter.
The money counter shows how the day is going, like a stock ticker: the change since the doors opened, green when you're up and red when you're down.
