A New Kitchen

  • The kitchen is drawn in one consistent top-down style: the fridge, stove, grill, prep table, kitchen sink, pass, drink station and dirty-dish drop all sit flush in the counter run.
  • The stove lights up while it's in use. Meat on the grill goes from raw to seared to flipped to done, then overcooked and burnt if it's left there.
  • Chopped ingredients appear on the prep table while a cook works. Soup is served in a bowl, and pots and pans show what's in them and when they're dirty.
  • Glasses show what's in them (water, soda or iced tea) and turn dirty when they're empty. Place settings use real plate art.
