Tables, a Sign, and Less Clutter

New tables, singles and joined pairs, with plates, glasses and menus set on them.
An OPEN / CLOSED sign hangs outside the entrance.
Steam rises from fresh dishes waiting at the pass and fades as they cool. It also rises from a simmering pot.
Status bars and guests' mood faces are hidden until you hover over something. A mood face also shows briefly when it changes.
The dumpster lid opens only while trash is being dropped in, and dishes appear in the dirty-dish drop as they're dropped off.
