Hands at Work

Hands move while people work: a quick scrub while washing dishes, clearing a table, cleaning or cooking.
Hands lift a little in turn while staff talk to guests (greeting, taking orders, the check) and while a guest chats with the hostess.
Turning looks smoother: a pawn narrows, swaps to the new view and widens again, like a quick spin. Turning right round passes through the side view on the way.
The cooks' and head chef's toques sit square on their heads in side view.
