Off the Grill
- A cook carries grilled burgers and chicken away from the grill on a small steel tray. The plate it's served on is fetched afterwards, so you no longer see two plates for a moment.
- The meat waits on its tray on the prep table while the cook fetches a clean plate, then it's plated there and taken to the pass.
