No Waiting Beside a Free Prep Table

A cook bringing whole vegetables to cut goes to the other prep table if the one they were heading for gets taken, instead of standing and waiting beside it.
Before, they picked a table when they left the fridge and stuck with it: if another cook got there first, they stood holding their tray until that cook was done, with the other table sitting empty beside them.
