Work Takes Its Full Time

Fixed a long-standing timing bug: after anyone's first stop on a job, every later step started with the time already spent. Plating, assembling, seasoning and ringing the bell finished almost instantly, and grilling and simmering were cut short. Every step now takes its full time: plating a dish 0.8 s, a burger's assembly 3 s, the patty 8.6 s on the grill, a pot of soup 12 s. It was the same for servers, bussers and the dishwasher.
Two kitchen jams it had been hiding are fixed. A cook waiting at the mise en place rail for a container being refilled no longer holds a prep table, which had left the cook refilling it nowhere to cut. And a cook waiting at the pot rack for a clean pan no longer holds the prep table they just used.
