Walking On Past a Line

When people are already standing in line to be seated, most new arrivals don't join it. They say they saw the line and keep walking up the street, on the outer side of the sidewalk so they pass the line instead of pushing through it.
The day's results count them separately ("Walked on past the line"). They never came in, so they don't count as unhappy guests and don't lower the rating. On Easy everyone still joins the line.
