Slower Clock, New Wages, Cooks Without Hats

Balance testing continues. A game hour now lasts 90 seconds instead of 60. Guests arrive per real second, so more of them come in each game hour, while wages are still paid per game hour. A day open 8:00–22:00 takes about 21 minutes at normal speed.
Wages were the biggest cost in the daily loss, so they're cut for the test: front of house (hostess, servers, busboy) $2.13 an hour, cooks $8, the dishwasher $7.25.
Tips are split by the front of house by default, which raises their morale instead of going into the till. The other tip settings are still in Staff.
Cooks no longer wear chef's hats; the hat is kept for the head chef.
