Idle Hands Carry Racks

A cook with nothing to do takes the clean plates washed so far over to the plating table, even if the rack isn't full, so they're ready before the next rush of orders.
An idle busboy does the same with a part-filled rack of clean glasses, taking it to the drink station.
Only once nothing is waiting to be washed, so the dishwasher is never left without a rack for what's in the sink. The idle dishwasher already did this; now whoever is free first goes.
