Pay in Quarters, and What Unlocks the Full Report

Every wage now comes in 25-cent steps, not just the starting ones: what a job candidate asks for, and the raises staff ask for as they gain experience (rounded down, so the caps on raises still hold).
The full end-of-day report now has its unlock: a manager on the staff and an Office Computer ($150), a new item for a counter. The staff comments come either way. The computer is drawn with a stand-in until its art arrives.
For now the test restaurant shows both the staff comments and the full report every day, without the manager or the computer, so both can be looked at while they're being built.
