Build Your Own Kitchen Line

The starting kitchen is deliberately big and inefficient: measured over 10 days, cooks spend over a third of their time walking to the fridge, fetching plates and carrying food to the pass, and orders wait about 28 game minutes before any cook is free. Fixing that is now up to the player.
The Furniture panel has a new Kitchen section: a fridge ($150), prep table ($80), grill ($200), stove ($180), pass ($100) and mise en place rail ($90). Each one can go on an empty tile or onto a plain counter, taking its place in the run. Cooks always use the nearest one, so a second fridge by the grill means shorter trips.
In Edit Layout, dragging a station onto a plain counter makes them swap, so the line can be rearranged without selling anything.
Kitchen stations can be sold back for half their price, except the last one of each: a kitchen needs at least one fridge, prep table, grill, stove and pass.
Waiting chairs and the mise en place rail were already in the shop's price list but had no button. Both have one now.
