Silverware on Show, Glasses from the Back

The clean silverware now sits in a tray on the counter beside the drink station, like the plates in their racks and the glasses at the drink station. The tray is half a tile, with forks, knives and spoons in three compartments that fill as washed sets come back. An empty tray means there's no clean silverware left, which explains a table with a place laid but no fork and knife. The tray can also be bought for any counter.
Racks of clean glasses can now be brought to the drink station from its back, on the kitchen side, as well as its front. So the dishwasher and busboy no longer walk round into the dining room to restock it.
The busboy is always young: never grey hair.
The tray is drawn in code until its art arrives from the Sprite Manager.
