Towels, Windows and a Welcome Mat

After drying their hands, most guests walk the paper towel over to the bathroom's trash can. Some throw it from the sink instead, and the farther the can, the more often they miss.
A miss leaves a towel on the floor until the busboy (or a server) comes and picks it up, taking a turn in the bathroom like the other chores. On Medium guests miss half as often; on Easy they never do.
The street door has its welcome mat, and the storefront's windows now show along the front wall. Until now the wall was drawn over them.
New sounds: the spatula when meat is flipped on the grill, chairs scooting out for guests, and a proper menu being set down.
