Nothing Jumps

  • Food no longer jumps between a cook's hands and a counter, griddle, tray or window. It floats across in about a third of a second.
  • That covers a sausage going onto the griddle, a tray set down on the counter and picked up again, and a boxed dog lifted off the counter and handed out at the window.
