Bigger Cutlery Tray, Turned Prep Tables, Delete to Sell

The silverware tray is drawn almost twice as big. Forks, knives and spoons each lie in their own compartment, stacked so every piece shows: one per clean set, up to ten.
On a prep table turned side-on, the cutting board, tray and container turn with it, and so do the ingredient piles ((screenshot)).
In edit mode, pressing Delete while holding a piece sells it for half its price. A piece that can't be sold stays in hand, and the log says why.
