One Toilet, Drinks Are the Waiter's

The toilet no longer changes shape when someone uses it. The Sprite Manager redrew the lid-up views from the closed toilet, so only the lid and seat move, and the flush swirls in the bowl.
Only servers take drink orders now. The busboy sticks to clearing, cleaning and the trash.
A guest facing east holds their fork with their hand in front of it; facing west, the fork is in front. (still)
The bag no longer sits on top of a closed trash can.
