Ten Wells on the Rail

  • The prep rail has ten wells, in two rows of five, instead of six. Every prep container is now drawn at one size wherever it is: in the rail, in a cook's hand, or on the prep table.
  • All nine cut ingredients now fit in the first rail, so the second rail stands empty, ready for a bigger menu.
