Icons Instead of Emoji

The top-bar buttons show drawn icons instead of emoji: Start Service, pause and resume, Open the doors, Edit Layout (a tick while editing), Debug, the Delete tool and Next day.
Guests' mood faces are drawn art, one face for each colour of the mood scale (green, yellow, orange, red).
A sold-out dish gets a red SOLD OUT stamp on the menu. The staff list's "let go" button is a pink slip.
In edit mode a room shows a tick or a warning beside its name, and a chair nobody can pull out has a crossed-out chair mark.
The end-of-day results open with a picture of the restaurant at night, closed.
