A Manager on the Floor

The test restaurant opens with a manager in the crew, in the manager's suit. A manager is what shows staff traits when their perception is high enough, and with an office computer it unlocks the full end-of-day report. The manager costs $12 a minute in wages. This is a showcase choice for the test restaurant, not balance.
A bigger wardrobe is briefed to the Sprite Manager: seven new hairstyles (one of them a "can I speak to the manager" cut), six guest outfits, five hats, three kinds of eyewear, and scarves, headphones and necklaces.
