Trays Walked Back

  • When a guest gives up on an order while the cook is carrying it on a tray, the cook walks the tray back. Any other orders on it go back beside the griddle, and an empty tray goes back on the stack. Before, they jumped there on the spot.
  • The griddle's tray stack holds its three trays and no more. Food only goes on a tray when there's one free.
  • A tray being put back stays in the cook's hands until it's down.
