Nothing Left Behind at the Grill

What an order brings to the grill that isn't cooked waits beside it: a burger's bun at the front edge while its patty cooks, the raw patty while the bacon crisps, the broccoli while the chicken grills. Then it rides on the tray with the cooked food. Before, it vanished and came back later.
At the counter, the burger's bun is lifted off the tray into the wrapper instead of appearing at the back (progress/434).
A full tray keeps everything on it: the more there is, the closer it sits.
