The Studio's Shared Intro, Sound and Dialogs

CHEF! now uses the studio's shared pieces, so these work exactly as in the other Luvzilla games: the intro, the sound button, the debug toggle, the version tag and the "are you sure?" dialog.
The intro looks and sounds as before. If you've muted the game, its sting stays quiet too.
The sound button in the top bar is just the speaker icon, and M does the same. The volume slider has moved to the pause menu (Esc).
"Are you sure?" questions put Cancel first and the action last, on the right. The tutorial's "Got it" has moved to the right as well, with "Skip tutorial" on the left.
