The Last Prototype Voices Retired

Formations shout when you command them, and those shouts are recorded voice lines. Seventeen of them were never real recordings: they were text-to-speech placeholders from an early prototype, kept only until proper voices existed. Proper voices have existed for a while, so the placeholders were dead weight — about 1.4 MB the game still shipped.
All seventeen are now gone. Sixteen had already been replaced and nothing referenced them. The seventeenth was wired to a "hold" command that, it turned out, nothing in the game ever triggers; it now points at the existing "hold position" recording, so if that command is ever wired up it speaks in the right voice instead of the placeholder one.
