The survivors all have names

Nobody in the group is called "You" any more. A run begins with one named survivor — at this version always a man called Hal — and the people you take in are his equals rather than his followers: you command the group from outside it instead of playing one body inside it.
Every report line is third person now, so a death reads the same whoever it was, and when a leader dies the next most senior survivor simply takes the lead.
How many survivors a run starts with, and what the first one is called, are now single numbers the game can be tuned with.
The change is names and wording only: across 500 test runs the bot still founds a settlement in 34% of them, with the same camps and the same deaths. Version v0.0.23.
