Hands, blows and blood in the night fight

Everyone in the night fight has hands now, the same ones CHEF!'s people have: tinted to the skin, swinging as they walk. The risen hold theirs half out in front of them.
A survivor with nothing in hand punches: the body leans in and the right fist jabs at its target and back. The risen claw the same way, at people and at the stakes.
Survivors hold their weapon all night. Cudgels, flails, sickles and swords swing up and back, then down across; spears, pitchforks, knives and sharpened sticks are thrust. Stones from a sling, arrows and crossbow bolts fly to where they land. The weapons are drawn simply for now; proper weapon art is to come.
A hit throws a spray of blood away from the blow, which lands and stains the ground, and the one hit flashes red for a moment. The risen that are put down topple over and lie a few seconds before they fade.
