The public demo is just the game

The web demo no longer has a Debug button. It already hid the button once the page had loaded; now it never draws it at all, even for the moment before the game starts. Since 10 October the demo has also ignored the testing links that fast-forward a run or skip the title, so a run there always starts at the fire. Nothing changes in the game itself.
Not live yet: it goes out with the next demo update.
